يخبرنا يسوع أنه يقف على الباب و يقرع و ينتظرنا كي نفتح له. دعوته للمؤمنين المسيحيين الذين يصرحون أنهم يتبعوه. من الممكن أن نفقد شغفنا و نصبح فاترين. يدعو يسوع كنائسه بشغف في آسيا الصغرى و يحثهم , و يحثنا محن أيضا, أن يسمعوا ما يقوله الروح. يقول يسوع لمن اصبحوا فاترين "كونوا جادين و توبوا" (رؤ ١٩:٣) - غيروا قلوبكم و عقولكم لتتبعوا تعلاليم يسوع بشغف!

صلاة اليوم

أيها الآب في السموات, اشكرك لأنك تتكلم معنا من خلال خدمة و كلام يسوع. أشكرك لأنك تتكلم معنا من خلال الكتاب المقدس الموحى به من الروح القدس. افتح قلبي لرسالتك و اسألك أن تبررني و تشجعني على مشيئتك. باسم يسوع اصلي. آمين.
