God's Holy Fire: 'The Spirit Lifted Me Up'

Wednesday, September 23, 2026

Then the Spirit lifted me [Ezekiel] up and brought me into the inner court, and the glory of the Lord filled the temple.

Key Thought

The Spirit of God gets us to the places we need to be to minister to others in the name of Jesus. The Spirit also leads us to the places - both physically and figuratively - we need to be for us to have a better understanding of God and his glorious purposes for us and his other children. The Spirit's guidance and insights are beyond our ability to imagine (Ephesians 1:17-21; 3:14-21).

Today's Prayer

O Father, please work in my life and in my heart through the Holy Spirit so that I can understand you in all of your glory and so that I can fulfill your purposes to use me to bless your people and bring you praise. In Jesus' name, I ask this. Amen.
