الراحة الحقيقية تأتي من روح الرب. عندما نشعر أن احساس الراحة قد ذهب نحتاج أن نسعى لروح الرب و ننظر لحياتنا بعناية و نرى إن كنا قد تركنا تأثير الروح القدس في حياتنا. الروح القدس يأتي براحة لأرواحنا. لنسعى كي نكون متيقظين و متجاوبين لارشاد الروح القدس و قيادته في حياتنا.

صلاة اليوم

يا أبي من فضلك استخدم روحك عندما أنام لكي أنال بركة الراحة التي تستطيع أنت فقط أن تعطيها. قويني حتى أعيش بشغف بدون أن أتعثر بفضل روحك القدوس بداخلي. اضبط قلبي ليتبع ارشاد روحك حتى عندما أصل لنهاية يومي استطيع أن ارتاح و أشعر بالسلام عالما انني عشت وفقا لمشيئتك. باسم يسوع أصلي. آمين.
