Spiritual Warfare: 'God’s Generous Provision'

God's Power for Our Battles — Sunday, June 1, 2025

I have received full payment and have more than enough. I am amply supplied, now that I have received from Epaphroditus the gifts you sent. They are a fragrant offering, an acceptable sacrifice, pleasing to God. And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.

Today's Prayer

Lord, You have blessed me with so much more than many people have, and I am so grateful. Help me to do a better job of responding in kind to Your generosity. Remind me that my gifts to You are like a fragrant offering, a sweet-smelling sacrifice, acceptable to You. Remind me how pleased You are when I give cheerfully and faithfully. And help me to have faith that Your favor will rest on me because of my cheerful giving, causing You to provide for all my needs, too. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
