Today's Prayer

Lord, I know You allow temptation so those true to Your Word can be revealed; I don’t ask to be delivered from temptation, I ask to be delivered from evil and for Your help in my daily battle to make good choices. Grant me the patience and focus to grow deeper in love with Your Word - the Holy Bible. Help me to know Your Word so well that I’m able to quote the appropriate response in every situation. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
