Here is a special story to help our hearts hear today's message:

A seven-year-old girl wrote a note to Dr. Michael DeBakey, a famous heart surgeon in Texas. Her note asked the following question, "Does a plastic heart have love in it?"

Dr. DeBakey read the note and then replied, "Yes, a plastic heart has love in it, a great deal of love. The love in a plastic heart comes from the many people who love other people and don't want them to die. So these people work all day and often all night to build a heart that will make people live longer. If you think of how much love there would be in hundreds of hearts, then that is how much love there is in a plastic heart!"

God loves YOU. God heals YOU. God financially helps YOU! God says, "Yes!" to YOU! God carries YOU because YOU were too weak and frail to crawl, walk or run. God gives YOU: Hope. Peace. Joy. Love. Grace. Mercy. Forgiveness. Salvation.

GOD LOVES YOU!

God loves YOU SACRIFICIALLY! He gave us His only Son so that we can be saved:

For God loved the world so much that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life (John 3:16).

God loves YOU FAITHFULLY! He forgives us of our sins:

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).

We ask ourselves, "Who wants to listen to my problems anyway?"
God loves YOU JOYFULLY! He rejoices when we turn from our sinful ways and repent:
In the same way, I tell you, there is rejoicing in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents (Luke 15:10).

There may be times when we become depressed and lonely, and it seems like no one cares. We ask ourselves, "Who wants to listen to my problems anyway?" I am here to tell you that YOU are never alone! YOU are never abandoned! YOU are never forsaken by God!

Those who know your name trust in you,
for you, LORD, have never forsaken those who seek you
(Psalm 9:10).

[God says,] "Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know" (Jeremiah 33:3)

YOU can begin today to experience God's love if YOU will put your faith and trust in Him.
