Spiritual Warfare: 'Humility Brings Light to Darkness'

God's Power for Our Battles — Monday, November 30, 2026

[Lord,] You never do wrong to those who have done no wrong. But you outsmart the wicked, no matter how clever they are. You help those who are humble, but you humiliate the proud. Lord, you provide the flame for my lamp. You, God, turn the darkness around me into light.

Today's Prayer

Lord, I need Your help. I am asking You-the unseen, true God of the universe-to change things here in the seen world. I know You are able. You are Lord and Creator, and You know exactly what is needed to make things better. My way hasn’t worked, Lord, and I ask for forgiveness for not seeking Your way first and foremost. Deliver me from the darkness all around me, Lord, and lead me to Your glorious light. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
