Spiritual Warfare: 'Rest in the Peace of Jesus Until He Returns'

God's Power for Our Battles — Monday, April 14, 2025

"Peace I leave with you. My peace I give you. I give to you not as the world gives. Don't be troubled or afraid. You have heard me tell you, 'I'm going away and returning to you.' If you loved me, you would be happy that I am going to the Father, because the Father is greater than me."

Today's Prayer

Lord, forgive me for letting the fear of the world and from the enemy slip into my heart, my mind, and my daily life. I want to live daily in Your peace from now on. Give me greater faith to trust in Your promises to see me through whatever I must face. Grant me rest in knowing that You are returning some day and will make all things right. You will be King of kings and Lord of lords, and help me serve You faithfully until that day arrives. Let Your peace in my life be visible to others living in fear. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
