Can anything ever separate us from Christ's love? Does it mean he no longer loves us if we have trouble or calamity, or are persecuted, or hungry, or destitute, or in danger, or threatened with death?... No, despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us.
— Romans 8:35, 37

Today's Prayer

Lord, help me to see past my current troubles to my victory later. Help me to face all my daily struggles in light of eternity. Lead me as I meet each trial and hardship. Strengthen me when I feel I can't go on. Remind me of all the ways You have delivered me in the past, so I can face my present distress in light of Your many rescues. Use me each day and in every way to make a difference in the world and to bring glory to Your name. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
