Spiritual Warfare: 'Faith Is a Shield of Protection Against Attack'

God's Power for Our Battles — Thursday, February 12, 2026

In every situation take the shield of faith, and with it you will be able to extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.

Today's Prayer

Lord, Satan and his forces are out to get me. I feel their attacks on a daily basis in a variety of ways. Enlarge my faith so it’s big enough to cover me completely. Let it be wide enough and thick enough for me to be completely and totally protected. Forgive me for having such a small faith in the past. Help it to grow. Remind me of all the ways You have saved me in years past, and let those memories cause me to face an uncertain future with the certain knowledge that You are always with me. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
