Spiritual Warfare: 'Worship Is a Weapon Against The Demonic'

God's Power for Our Battles — Sunday, February 8, 2026

When the evil spirit from God, troubled Saul, David would take his harp and play. Then the evil spirit would leave him, and Saul would feel better.

Today's Prayer

Lord, when I am deeply troubled and when I feel overcome by the fears and worries of this life, please help me to remember that worship effectively cleanses my very soul and drives away all evil spirits. Help me to worship You in the bad times as well as in the good times. Remind me that worship is a powerful weapon against evil, depression, discouragement, and impurity. Help me to use this weapon wisely, causing my faith to overwhelm and overcome my many fears. In Jesus Name, Amen.
