Spiritual Warfare: 'God Knows, but Still Wants You to Pray'

God's Power for Our Battles — Friday, December 26, 2025

When you pray, go to your room and close the door. Pray privately to your Father who is with you. Your Father sees what you do in private. He will reward you. When you pray, don’t ramble like heathens who think they’ll be heard if they talk a lot. Don’t be like them. Your Father knows what you need before you ask him.

Today's Prayer

Lord, You are Lord of the past AND the future. You already know what I need. I want a closer relationship with You. I want You as my BEST Friend. I want to talk to You, sharing every detail of my thoughts and desires, and even though You already know them, it comforts me to know that this is exactly what YOU want, too. Thank You for desiring that kind of closeness. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
