Spiritual Warfare: 'God Will Ultimately Elevate His Obedient People'

God's Power for Our Battles — Monday, December 14, 2026

Now it shall be, if you diligently listen to and obey the voice of the Lord your God, being careful to do all of His commandments which I am commanding you today, the Lord your God will set you high above all the nations of the earth.

Today's Prayer

Lord, many who call themselves followers of Jesus don’t pay any attention to Your words in the Holy Scriptures, or even think of them as worthy of obedience. They invent new ways to interpret them and reduce them to meaningless myths or fables rather than Your holy truth. Don’t let me become like them, Lord. Help me to trust Your holy truth, and revere it and study it as if my life depended on it-because, in truth, my life surely does. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
