God's Power for Our Battles — Saturday, June 20, 2026
If we [freely] admit that we have sinned and confess our sins, He is faithful and just [true to His own nature and promises], and will forgive our sins and cleanse us continually from all unrighteousness [our wrongdoing, everything not in conformity with His will and purpose].
Lord, I admit that I am a sinner. I have failed again, and I know it breaks Your heart. I confess my weakness of _____ and ask You to cleanse me from every evil desire. Grant me strength and courage to turn away from _____ in the future. I want to be clean again in Your sight, Lord, and to be able to stand again in Your presence. Help me to conform my life to the pattern and example given through Your Son Jesus. In His Name, I pray, Amen.
""But what did [Jesus] do?" [the Jewish leaders] asked [the man who had been blind]. "How did he heal you?"
"Look!" the man exclaimed. "I told you...."
"We are very apt to regard the apostolic saints as if they were "saints" in a more especial manner than the other children of God. All are "saints"..."
