God's Power for Our Battles — Monday, April 28, 2025
And now, brothers and sisters, we want you to know about the grace God gave the churches in Macedonia. They have been tested by great troubles, and they are very poor. But they gave much because of their great joy. I can tell you that they gave as much as they were able and even more than they could afford. No one told them to do it.
Lord, thank You for Your grace. Thank You for being patient with me as I try to become a better disciple of Jesus. Thank You for Your kindness and mercy. I'm not rich, Lord, but I have much more than many people throughout the world, and I know that this blessing comes with a big responsibility: the responsibility of being a good steward and a cheerful, generous giver. Help me to improve in this area. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
