Spiritual Warfare: 'Prayer Is a Powerful Weapon Against Evil'

God's Power for Our Battles — Sunday, February 15, 2026

So we keep on praying for you, asking our God to enable you to live a life worthy of his call. May he give you the power to accomplish all the good things your faith prompts you to do.

Today's Prayer

Lord, help me to be diligent and consistent in my prayer life. Forgive me for minimizing the power of prayer in the past. Remind me that spiritual warfare is things happening in the visible, physical world because of the actions of spiritual beings in the unseen world, and that prayer definitely affects these unseen forces. Help me to use the power You provide to do good things. Open my eyes to what You want me to do. Help me to use my faith and realize the task at hand. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
