Spiritual Warfare: 'Humility Is a Weapon Against the Devil'

God's Power for Our Battles — Tuesday, February 10, 2026

God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble. So humble yourselves before God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

Today's Prayer

Lord, please forgive me for being so full of pride. Remind me that pride makes me vulnerable to Satan. Help me to resist pride and also resist Satan. Grant me a spirit of humility in my daily walk and talk. Help me to always remind myself that pride puts a separation between You and me and that humility causes us to draw closer and closer together. My heart’s desire is to be close to You, Lord, so please help me not to let my selfish pride get in the way of that relationship. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
