Spiritual Warfare: 'God Is a Mighty Protector Who Saves'

God's Power for Our Battles — Saturday, January 6, 2024

The Lord will be our Mighty One. He will be like a wide river of protection that no enemy can cross, that no enemy ship can sail upon. For the Lord is our judge, our lawgiver, and our king. He will care for us and save us.
— Isaiah 33:21-22 NLT

Today's Prayer

Lord, You are a mighty, rushing river of protection that keeps me safe from all my enemies. You are my refuge, my deliverer, my hope for the future. You are my King, my hope, my deliverer. You will judge the nations based on Your perfect law and immeasurable understanding. You alone can claim victory, and I praise You for Your eternal plans. May I serve You faithfully until the day Jesus returns. Your will be done. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
