John 6:64-71

Where can you go when there's no place left to go? Tom Norvell reminds us that we have a person to go to, when we have no place to go, and his name is Jesus, our Lord.

"[When many of Jesus' disciples deserted him, he] turned to the Twelve and asked, "Are you also going to leave?" Simon Peter replied, "Lord, to..."

"[Jesus said,] "The Spirit alone gives eternal life. Human effort accomplishes nothing. And the very words I have spoken to you are spirit and life...."

"Then Jesus said, "I chose the twelve of you, but one is a devil." He was speaking of Judas, son of Simon Iscariot, one of the Twelve, who would later...."

"Dear Child of God, Don't miss the heartbreak of the events described in the Scripture below. Despite all I had said and had done, people turned away...."

The question the Holy Spirit left on my heart after reading this whole chapter was as convicting as it was clear. Phil Ware discovers a verse in Luke 19 that the Holy Spirit uses to confront him about an important question.
