Hebrews 10:24

"And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let....."

"We must also consider how to encourage each other to show love and to do good things. We should not stop gathering together with other believers, as...."

Can't get to church on Christmas because of other stuff? Some folks are canceling church service on Christmas day, but isn't that missing the point of why we have Christmas in the first place?

What would you do to help a friend? The best friends bring their friends to Jesus to be blessed and helped.

So why do we get together, anyway? Brian McCutchen looks at the principles of Hebrews 10:24-25 and reminds us that the assembly, the church gatherings, must be about encouragement.

What will it take to get you to go to church? Even a secular study of the benefits of going to church are pretty significant, but if that won't get us into the church building, six men carrying our coffin will.

Some people treat church like they do their health club. Not using a health club membership will not get you in shape. It is the same with church membership.

Puzzle pieces need each other to do what they are designed to do. Christians are designed to live in community.

Why is the loss of passion for the Lord taken so lightly? For God, losing our loving passion for His Son and His Kingdom is a major concern and we should repent!
