Spiritual Warfare: 'God Will Help You Escape'

God's Power for Our Battles — Friday, October 23, 2026

Thank the Lord, who did not let them sink their teeth into us. We escaped like a bird caught in a hunter’s trap. The trap was broken, and we escaped. Our help is in the name of the Lord, the maker of heaven and earth.

Today's Prayer

Thank You, Lord. More than once in the past, I have been caught in a trap, feeling like I could never overcome the difficulties I faced at the time. But that was a lie from Satan - You provided a way of escape - over and over. You are Creator of heaven and earth, and You know exactly what I need each time I let myself get in a bind. I praise Your Name for Your constant protection and provision. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
