Spiritual Warfare: 'Demonic Powers Can't Separate Us from God's Love'

God's Power for Our Battles — Tuesday, September 16, 2025

And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow — not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. No power in the sky above or in the earth below — indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Today's Prayer

Lord, thank You for reminding me that although it sometimes feels like You are far away, that’s not true. You are always close at hand. Not even the powers in the sky or the demonic authorities stationed here on the earth are able to separate me from Your loving and protection. Deliver me also from my fears, and help me to fill my mind and my heart with Scripture and faith. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
