Spiritual Warfare: 'God Watches Over the Godly'

God's Power for Our Battles — Wednesday, January 1, 2025

For the Lord watches over the path of the godly, but the path of the wicked leads to destruction.

Today's Prayer

Lord, help me to be one of the godly that You are looking to find. You know the number of hairs on my head and every trouble I face. Deliver me from the evil Satan has planned for me, and lead me to the tasks today that most benefit Your kingdom. When it appears the wicked are doing great with trouble-free lives, remind me that it’s only an illusion; that the end of the road they travel is death, hurt, and destruction. Let this knowledge help me endure the struggles I face here and now. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
