I promise, I've got nothing against blondes or flight attendants! However, this story was too rich to pass up and it fits perfectly with our thought for today!

An airline captain was assigned a new blonde flight attendant. The first route they were flying had a stay-over in another city. Upon their arrival, the captain showed the flight attendant the best places for airline personnel to eat, to shop, and to stay overnight.

The next morning, as the pilot was preparing the crew for the day's route, he noticed the new flight attendant was missing. He knew which room she was in at the hotel and called her up wondering what happened to her.

She answered the phone, crying, and said she couldn't get out of her room.

"You can't get out of your room?" the captain asked, "Why not?"

The flight attendant replied, "There are only three doors in here," she sobbed. "One is the bathroom door, one is the closet door, and one has a sign on the handle that says, 'Do Not Disturb'!"

Have you ever felt you didn't have access to God?
Have you ever felt you didn't have access to God through the avenue of prayer because there's a "Do Not Disturb" sign hanging on His door? If there's one there, you can be sure God didn't put it there. Access is always available, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. (1 John 5:14)
