Spiritual Warfare: 'Stand Firm and Hold Your Ground!'

God's Power for Our Battles — Wednesday, January 24, 2024

So stand firm and hold your ground, having tightened the wide band of truth (personal integrity, moral courage) around your waist and having put on the breastplate of righteousness (an upright heart).
— Ephesians 6:14 AMP

Today's Prayer

Lord, give me a fresh desire to spend time in the Bible, so I can call Your truths to mind in my moment of need. Remind me of Your truth the instant I need it. Help me to hold solidly onto Your truth and show integrity in every decision and act with courage as I face the enemy. Don’t let me cave to the ways and habits of the world. And help me to act in complete righteousness in everything to be done, so I can bring You much honor and great glory in all my actions and decisions. In Jesus Name, Amen.
