Did you know that when one is dissatisfied at home, and things are out of sync in your personal life, it also affects your job performance? This is especially true of new jobs, where the pressures are the heaviest.

It literally pays money to keep your priorities right!
One researcher indicates that a lack of balance between work and personal life is one of the top six reasons why new managers fail. It causes a distraction, irritability, and a loss of commitment to the job. Managers often end up failing or quitting because of it. It literally pays money to keep your priorities right!

God has always said, "Seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and all these things [what we’re working for] will be added to you" (Matthew 6:33). They really will. It makes sense — God’s book always does!
