Rocky Rhodes is a 41 year old software whiz—cofounder and chief engineer of Silicon Graphics. He cause quite a stir a while back when he decided to quit full time work, but he explained to his business associates that he had reprioritized his life.

    You see, he and his wife put a little sticky note on their fridge after their third child was born, outlining these four priorities:

1. God
2. Family
3. Excercise
4. Work

And that's when he noticed the time he gave his work really was on top! It was out of order.

    So now he works just part time at the company he founded, because he wanted to ease the stress on his family. He said, “I don’t know if working part time will catch on, but it would be nice if more people gave more thought to things they hold dear.”
