We can never thank Paul Faulkner enough for his contributions and encouragement. To have someone of his influence and stature to offer content and support was crucial in our success. Thanks Paul!

Are you making a living? Or are you making a life?

Making a living is not a bad thing to do. In fact, we're told in the Bible to provide for our own. (1 Timothy 5:8; 2 Thessalonians 3:10-12) God made us for work. He gave us muscles and sinew and a mind. He gave us work to do that would improve things and help others, especially our families.

Life is determined by what we give.
Making a living is what we get, but making a life is determined by what we give. It's only when we spend our life giving — giving our time, our money, our energy, and our service — that we really learn what life's all about. That's why Jesus said we're blessed much more when we give than when we receive. (Acts 20:35)

Just open the pages of the New Testament and read the first four books. They are all different accounts of the same person, Jesus Christ, who came and gave completely for us.
