     Frank Cloutier is the Executive Director of Heartlight / HeartTools, Non Profit Foundations specializing in tools and technologies for the Christian Community. Prior to starting his work with the foundation in September of 1999, Frank has had a long and distinguished career with Hewlett Packard Corp. In his 25 years at HP, Frank was credited with beginning and building several business, including their inkjet printer, Handheld computer, and notebook computer businesses. 
The inkjet business alone accounts for a substantial part of HP's $40 Billion dollar revenue, and is larger than all other printer competitors combined.

     Frank has numerous patents in the computer and computer peripheral field, and has been recognized with a number of industry awards including the National Science and Technology Medal from the Nation of Singapore, and the Contributor of the Year Award from the American Society of Materials.

     Frank and Nora Cloutier have been married for 28 years, and have three great sons: Heath (22 - at Pepperdine University), Brock (18 - at Abilene Christian University), and Cale (13). They currently live in Corvallis, Oregon, with their youngest son.

     Frank is an elder at the Corvallis church of Christ, a member of the Oregon Business Council, Oregon State University Foundation Board of Trustees, OSU College of Engineering Advisory Board, current member of the Santiam Christian School Board, and past chair of District 509J technology board.

     In addition, Mr. Cloutier is a past member of the executive committee of the National Science and Technology Board for the nation of Singapore as well as past Chairman of the Institute for Manufacturing Technology in Singapore.
