We value ourselves to the degree that we are valued by others, and our children are no different. If someone special loves me, I must be special.

    That’s why we sing that blessed little children’s song “Jesus loves me, this I know…” Tell your child, “God knew you before you were ever born! Before you took your first breath, before you took your first step, God knew you and loves you.”

    Jesus came down from heaven because he loves us. He was willing to die for you—that’s how much he loves you! God sends his angels to watch over you, and nothing will ever separate you from the love of God.

    Let’s make the rest of the day work a little better. Build a secure foundation of love for your children and yourself.
