    I heard a fellow say not long ago, “I’ve learned that it doesn’t cost anything to be nice.” You know the same thing happened to me today! Not only does it not cost anything, but being nice to others pays big dividends!

    I watched the lady at the counter of the deli close to me office; she was so polite and kind, she smiled at everybody. Kind of made you want to pass on that good feeling!

    I decided I would tell her how much her attitude had made an impression on me. She seemed delighted and grateful for my appreciation. It didn’t cost either of us anything, but it made the day a lot brighter for both of us.

    The Good Book says in Proverbs, “An anxious heart weighs a man down, but a kind word cheers him up.” How about making a point to pass on some kind words to someone today, ok? God bless!
