A: Yes, absolutely, 100% free.

Q: Can I share this program with my friends?

A: Yes, PaperQuote is Freeware, so feel free to distribute it to others as long as you do not modify the program in any way.

Q: The software says it is done downloading the image, but I don't see it? What's wrong?

A: PaperQuote is supposed to work with Active Desktop to automatically change your wallpaper image. In some cases, you need to right-click, and select "refresh" to see the image.
