I agree with what you have to say about being distracted by technology and that we should not forget to live our lives. But live our lives for the Lord? How can you ever live your life when you are living it for someone else. Especially someone who has never been proven to exist. Have you ever had any direct experience with the "lord"? Why do you believe he exists? Because some book called the bible tells you? Why live your life according to what someone else tells you is the truth? Are you afraid to seek out the truth for yourself? I was raised a christian, went to catholic schools, went to church but always felt that something wasn't right about it. Ever since I have rejected the lord and christianity and began to live my life for myself I haven't been happier.

I received a Christmas card today from a long time friend of the family. The card and music were beautiful. The real treasure came when I followed the hyperlink to this site...how woderful!!! I've been a regular visitor to Goshen.net but funny enough have never bothered to visit this particular site, but decided to take a look today and as expected it was a great site like your other wonderful sites. Well done. But one thing bothers me, and this is the kind of report I read concerning the christian environment, churches etc. in the U.S.A that is, about freedom for gays, lesbians etc. in the body of Christ. I don't know what to make of this because I read sometimes last week that there was some groups in favour of marriage of same sex in the body of Christ. I think such thing should not even be mentioned in Christianity not to talk of been done. Here in Africa even among the traditional worshippers i.e. pagans such things cannot be condoned. Please this event has put a sour grape in the mouth of christians and I believe it is time we pray seriously concerning this. Christians in Africa in general and Nigeria in particular cannot understand why Sodomy should be encouraged in the church, because in our societies it is unheard of. I therefore pray that Christians all over the world should pray that the will of God be perfected concerning this issue. Keep up the good work and wishing you God's guidance in His kingdom.
