The order, enormity, and majesty of the universe help proclaim the glory of God who stands behind its beauty and mystery.

For since the creation of the world, God's invisible qualities -- his eternal power and divine nature -- have been clearly seen, having been understood from what has been made ... although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him ... They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator -- who is forever praised.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made.

We live in an incredibly beautiful universe filled with mystery and majesty. Let's not forget to be awestruck, not just by the beauty of the universe, but by the one who holds it together by his word of power. (Cf. Hebrews 1:1-3)
