One little seven year old said, “I learned that you can’t laugh and drink soda pop at the same time, ‘cause it’ll come out your nose!” And that’s the way life is, some things you can get by with, but most times you’re going to pay — it’ll come out of your nose!
The Good Book says, “Evil companionships corrupt good morals.” They don’t go together. Good people who try to run with bad people will be influenced to do bad things.
In Proverbs, the wise man says, “A beautiful woman without modesty is like a precious ring in a pig’s snout.” Common sense says these things just don’t go together.
Proverbs 14:8 says, “The wisdom of the prudent is to give thought to their ways. The folly of fools is deception.” You see? God doesn’t want you to be deceived.
