There’s something remarkable about having a friend—someone who really cares—whether that person is of a physical family, or a spiritual family.

    Some research out of Mental Medical Update showed that during labor and delivery if a woman has another in the room who is supportive and stays with her, the labor and delivery period can be shortened at least as much as two hours. And it can reduce caesarean sections by 50%! And the stay in the hospital due to complications is also reduced...to no more than two days!

    Ecclesiastes 4:10 says, “If one falls down, his friend can help him up. But pity the man who falls and has no one to help him up.” God’s word points out the importance of connected lives. How is your connection?
