Who Sets Your Mold?

Dont let the world around you squeeze you into its own mold, but let God remold your minds from within, so that you may prove in practice that Gods plan for you is good, meets all his demands and moves toward the goal of true maturity. (Romans 12:2 Phillips) But Grandma, I want that mold and this one, and that one too, because I need them all for my Playdough! Somewhere in our kitchen cupboards we have molds for jellies, cakes, even possibly candles, Playdough, or for some other type of creative activity. Sometimes we hear people say of others: We know the sort of mold they come from! Some people, are molded or shaped into other peoples molds for their own satisfaction.
Other people just go with the flow, not seeming to care about anything or anybody, or else trying to oblige everyone they meet and doing what society dictates. God sent Jesus His Son to earth as a mold for us. But, we often find it very hard to come anywhere near being able to fit that mold, but God also sent His Holy Spirit to us to help us be molded into Jesus. Now, the Lord is the Spirit, and wherever the Spirit of the Lord is, he gives freedom. And all of us have had that veil removed so that we can be mirrors that brightly reflect the glory of the Lord. And as the Spirit of the Lord works within us, we become more and more like him and reflect his glory even more. (2 Corinthians 3:17-18) This small chorus seems to be the perfect prayer to help us fit the mold Jesus has for us: Spirit of the living God,
