    Failure... boy I hate that word. But one good thing about failure is that it demands an explanation.

    The people who don’t succeed are the people who look at failure and don’t learn anything from it. They blame someone else — anybody but themselves. But all successful leaders learn by failing.

    Mike McGee, the former Athletic Director at the University of Southern California, said that the most significant experience in his life was being fired as the head coach at Duke University. It’s not so much what happens, it’s how you look at what happens to you.

    Failure can be reframed. The “failure” of Christ was that he was crucified on the cross... until it was reframed, and the greatest failure became the greatest salvation. And Christ will help you reframe your failures as well.
